In response to the WSJ report, U.S. intelligence companies have shared the evaluation with some European intelligence companies. However some European safety officers “stay skeptical” that Putin didn’t play a direct hand in Navalny’s demise, contemplating his tight grip on Russia.

Putin has denied any involvement in Navalny’s demise.
